Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs. Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team and lead service development alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Prioritize meeting the needs of EHCP plans through target-led clinical ways of working, while holding a therapy caseload and collaborating with education teams to foster pupil independence.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
