Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH. Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team while holding a therapy caseload, ensuring EHCP plans are met through target-led 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical ways of working. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead to lead service development, fostering a person-centred, empowering approach that prioritises pupil voice and safeguarding.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
- Fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred
