Job Summary
Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Papworth Hall School while managing a therapy caseload for students with complex autism, neurodivergence, and SEMH needs. Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans aligned with EHCP targets using the organization's 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical working methods. Coordinate line management for onsite staff and drive service development in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Maintain a person-centred approach within a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard and involved in decisions affecting their care.
Required Qualifications
- Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A Registered Practitioner with the HCPC or other approved governing body
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
