Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Dibden Park School while holding a therapy caseload for students with complex needs, including autism, developmental trauma, and SEMH profiles. Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans aligned with EHCP plans using the organization's 'all', 'group', and 'individual' clinical ways of working. Coordinate line management for onsite clinical staff and lead service development in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. This permanent role involves 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Candidates must be HCPC registered Occupational Therapists with at least two years of post-qualification experience in a child or education setting. Outcomes First Group operates a network of over 350 clinical colleagues and champions a person-centred approach to support children aged 5–16.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience preferably in a child/ education setting
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Successful applicants to a fully enhanced DBS
