Job Summary
Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Dibden Park School by delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs, including autism, neurodivergence, and SEMH. Coordinate line management of onsite clinical staff and lead service development alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead. Prioritize meeting the needs of EHCP plans through target-led clinical practice using the organization's 'all', 'group', and 'individual' ways of working. This permanent role involves 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with flexibility around the full-time contract. Candidates must be HCPC registered with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience in a child or education setting.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience preferably in a child/ education setting
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Successful applicants to a fully enhanced DBS
