Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric evaluations of inpatient patients to determine mental health and substance abuse care needs. Provide direct clinical psychosocial therapy using individual, group, and family approaches. Assess age-specific treatment and care requirements based on patient development principles. Work within a multidisciplinary team offering services in English, Spanish, and Polish. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Connecticut. Bi-lingual ability is essential. Schedule includes 40 hours with one possible WFH day after probation.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the state of Connecticut
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation and computer skills
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Bi-lingual
