Lead Clinician (Bilingual in Spanish)

Job Summary
Oversee clinical services, train staff on evidence-based practices, and conduct mental health assessments including crisis intervention and human trafficking screening. Deliver individual and group counseling while developing treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams and Home Supervisors. Provide weekly team oversight, monitor therapeutic milieu development, and track client data from intake through aftercare for agency reporting. Ensure quality assurance compliance via peer supervision and utilization reviews. Requires bi-lingual Spanish/English skills, a master's or doctorate degree, valid state licensure, and supervisory experience. Monday-Friday hours with some on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish
- Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another relevant behavioral health discipline from an accredited program, university, or college where clinical experience is a program requirement and includes 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience
- Valid state licensure, such as LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC
- Supervisory experience
- Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team in a residential treatment setting preferred
- Varicella: two doses of varicella vaccine (at least 4 weeks apart)
- born in the United States before 1980 with a reported history of chickenpox (verified by an adult present at the time of illness)
- titers indicating varicella immunity
- documentation from healthcare provider verifying previous infection
- MMR: Two doses of MMR vaccine (at least 4 weeks apart)
- titers indicating immunity to all three diseases (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
- DTaP or DTap
- Complete primary vaccination series. If primary vaccination series completed in childhood, one DTaP dose in adulthood
- Influenza: Single dose annually during flu season
- Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose, and objectives of the agency
- Monday- Friday, some on-call hours
