Lead Clinician

Job Summary
Lead clinical team(s), manage relationships with children, families, and school communities, and provide ongoing training and supervision for Behavior Health Technicians, Behavior Consultants, and Mobile Therapists. Oversee staff performance, ensure timely and quality documentation, and maintain a supervisory log. Complete and review written orders, assessments, and treatment plans, while conducting monthly utilization reviews and Level of Service reviews with the state. Formulate case conceptualizations, develop action plans for service delivery improvements, and meet weekly with the treatment team to review progress and adjust care. Maintain positive partnerships with families and school communities, file incident reports within 24 hours, and attend mandatory trainings including CPR. Communicate staffing issues to the Director and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Division Director.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of one year of full time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in handling office equipment (faxes, copiers, scanners)
