Lead Clinical Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate complex treatment plans and multi-phase cases from diagnosis through completion while supporting case acceptance through patient communication and follow-up. Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and clinical teams to lead onboarding, mentoring, and performance support for clinical team members. Maintain accurate documentation, insurance coordination, and treatment sequencing, managing hospital-based case logistics and continuity of care. Utilize dental technology including Dentrix, iTero, CBCT, and Overjet to support clinical workflow efficiency and patient experience standards. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule in Delray Beach, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Dental Office Experience
- Minimum 5 years dental practice experience
- Strong background in treatment coordination and case presentation
- Knowledge of insurance workflows, CDT coding, and revenue cycle processes
- Experience in leadership or team lead roles
- Comfortable working across both clinical and administrative functions
- Experience with Invisalign workflows and provisional fabrication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of front office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with various dental insurance plans
- Strong communication skills
