Lead Clinical Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate complex treatment plans and multi-phase cases from diagnosis through completion, supporting case acceptance via patient communication and follow-up. Collaborate closely with doctors and specialists to lead onboarding, mentoring, and performance support for clinical team members. Maintain accurate documentation, insurance coordination, and treatment sequencing while managing hospital-based case logistics and continuity of care. Utilize dental technology including Dentrix, iTero, CBCT, and Overjet to support clinical workflow efficiency and patient experience standards. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Dental Office Experience
- Minimum 5 years dental practice experience
- Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with various dental insurance plans
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or team lead roles preferred
- Experience with Invisalign workflows and provisional fabrication is a plus
