Job Summary
Provide direct clinical services including diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients. Maintain a caseload by contacting patients and discharging as appropriate while assisting with EMR scheduling, internal transfers, and community resource listings. Support the Clinical Therapist Supervisor by staffing challenging cases, responding to crisis calls, training new employees, and reviewing referrals for continuity of care. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and continuing education to maintain professional licensure and treatment planning standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of direct clinical behavioral health experience
- Licensed by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
- Understanding of EPIC
- Ability to make decisions related to treatment planning
- Understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment
- Adaptable technological skills
- Ability to stand frequently
- Ability to sit frequently
- Ability to walk occasionally
- Ability to bend, crawl, crouch, kneel, stoop or reach overhead frequently
- Ability to lift and carry weight of 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull weight of 25 lbs
- Ability to use hands to touch, handle or feel frequently
- Ability to talk continuously
- Ability to hear continuously
- Ability to read, concentrate, think analytically continuously
- Pass Adult Maltreatment screening
- Pass Annual TB Screening
- Pass Child Maltreatment screening
