Job Summary
Hire, train, and supervise all staff while evaluating performance and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure service delivery meets performance standards through monthly vitals processes and continuous quality improvement. Manage service area budgets, allocate funds for operations, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Build partnerships with local agencies and lead community outreach initiatives to support families. Pursue and maintain required clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC. Lead a diverse team of professionals and paraprofessionals toward established goals within a culture of unconditional care.
Required Qualifications
- An advanced degree (RN, MS, MA, PhD) in Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- one (1) year direct work experience
- willingness and ability to pursue professional licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana
- pursue and maintain the specific professional clinical license (RN/LCSW or LCPC) and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards
- thorough administrative understanding of Mental Health related programs
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to provide leadership to a diverse spectrum of professionals and paraprofessionals
- skills in oral, written, and interpersonal
