Job Summary
Lead Clinical Nurse in a Women’s Health Clinic provides clinical leadership and direction to nursing and ancillary staff under the Nurse Executive. Responsibilities include workload balancing, coaching on problem-solving methods, identifying training needs, monitoring progress, and ensuring resource availability. Performs clinical nursing duties, conducts health assessments, plans and implements patient care with multidisciplinary teams, documents care and administers therapies, and contributes to CMS compliance and continuing education. On-site role located in Fort Defiance, AZ, with Navajo Nation preference in hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. state or territory
- Valid and unrestricted insurable driver’s license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AWHONN certification in Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring within six months from date of hire
