Job Summary
Under the Director of Strategy and Integration, train and manage the business development team including Clinical and Physician Liaisons. Provide marketing support for sales presentations across hospitals and clinics, cultivate referral relationships, and manage assigned territory through sales contacts and data analysis. Collaborate with the Director of Admissions, nursing staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate referral conversions and perform patient evaluations for admission. Offer feedback on program development, quality improvement initiatives, and referral source satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy
- Minimum of two years' experience in the designated field of license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience
