Lead Clinical Navigator - FT Days | Oklahoma City LTACH

Under the Director of Strategy and Integration, train and manage the business development team, including Clinical Liaisons and Physician Liaisons. Provide marketing support for sales presentations, cultivate referral relationships, and manage assigned territories by analyzing referral and admission data. Collaborate with the Director of Admissions, nursing staff, and internal teams to facilitate referral conversion and perform patient evaluations for admission. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, ICU nurses, discharge planners, and payer representatives. Offer feedback on program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service and the referral process. Requires a health field degree, nursing licensure, and two years of rehabilitation or LTACH experience. Full-time, days shift.
