Job Summary
Lead, Clinical role in a dermatology/cosmetic practice: oversee clinical operations, act as superuser for EMA ModMed, mentor MAs, optimize patient flow, manage supply inventory, address patient concerns, ensure safety/infection control, and document clinical interactions in the EHR.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal medical assistant program is preferred
- 2-3 years of recent experience in a clinical role, ideally within a dermatology or cosmetic practice
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and medical software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and best practices in patient care
