Job Summary
Maintain Clinical Care Navigator calls and activities while monitoring Slack channels to assist clinical, care support, and provider ops teams. Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or connection to the Global team, Management Consultation team, and Spring Internal team. Assist with outreach or follow-up for escalated situations, coordinate training and mentoring of new and existing hires, and monitor phone/chat queue availability. Problem-solve high-touch and escalated/sensitive calls, including crisis situations, and provide constructive feedback to team members and clinical leadership. Facilitate team meetings, assist with system issues, and participate in special projects. Work flexible hours with occasional shift changes and holiday coverage, reporting to the Manager of Global Clinical Operations.
Required Qualifications
- independently licensed mental health professional
- LCSW
- LMFT
- LPC
- LICSW
- 3+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience
- Crisis line experience
- Experience working on global teams
- English fluency
- flexibility for occasional shift changes
- availability to work holidays
- ability to work independently
- strong critical thinking
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent independent licensure
- 3+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience

- Fully engaged and free from interruptions for the duration of shift
