Job Summary
Lead and govern the design of enterprise-scale End User and Service Desk solutions aligned to the Department Enterprise Architecture Framework. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable service designs across the full solution lifecycle. Act as design authority for all material service changes, ensuring architectural integrity, contractual compliance, and operational sustainability. Collaborate with service partners, product vendors, and stakeholders to design integrated, enterprise-level solutions. Lead solution architecture review engagements and due-diligence activities. Provide architectural input to pre-sales for Professional Services opportunities within the account, shaping solution approaches and providing architectural input to proposals. Work with the Client CTO in identifying emerging technologies and developing product and service lifecycle roadmaps. Review new solutions proposed for implementation, ensuring our Managed Services and support model are incorporated by design.
Required Qualifications
- Baseline clearance
- NV1 preferred
- Extensive experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space, delivering and assuring services for large, complex enterprise clients
- Deep experience operating as a Lead Client Architect across End User Productivity and Service Desk services, including designing the operational model, managed services, and field services
- Sound understanding of service delivery management and multi‐vendor service models
- Exemplary leadership, accountability, and collaboration skills, with a strong service‐excellence mindset
