Job Summary
Lead Client Engineer overseeing endpoint management using Intune and Jamf Pro across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. Manage a staff of 2 to deliver on goals, collaborate with IT security to implement and enforce device compliance, and develop automation tools and scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to improve efficiency. Design and manage endpoint policies and security configurations, document configurations, and contribute to projects integrating endpoint management with broader IT infrastructure. Maintain user-focused endpoint experiences, stay current with endpoint management trends, and participate in training to adopt new capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in endpoint management using Intune and Jamf Pro (5+ years)
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Entra-ID/AzureAD
- High proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
- Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure) and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable managing a team of Client Engineers and assisting the help desk team
