Job Summary
Lead and support cleaning staff while maintaining company standards, performing duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas. Conduct routine quality inspections, oversee shift transitions, and provide coverage to ensure uninterrupted service. Train new employees, assign work, monitor productivity, manage supply inventory, and report maintenance issues or safety concerns. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees, supervisors, and clients. Complete inspection reports and checklists. Schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Experience leading janitorial or facility cleaning teams
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
- Experience performing quality inspections and employee coaching
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude
