Lead Civil / Structural Engineer

Lead the civil/structural discipline through FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning phases for large-scale industrial projects. Develop and manage deliverables including site development plans, foundation designs, structural drawings, and material take-offs. Interpret geotechnical assessments and design reinforced concrete structures, structural steel frames, and equipment foundations for storage tanks and process structures in arid environments. Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Aramco standards, the Saudi Building Code, ACI, AISC, and ASCE while coordinating with process and mechanical teams on equipment loads and anchor bolt design. Oversee vendor document reviews, submittal approvals, and inspection hold points to ensure workmanship quality. Lead and review civil/structural team members and sub-consultants to support commissioning and punch list completion. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 10+ years of EPC experience, and proficiency in structural analysis software.
