Job Summary
Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects while ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers, fostering capability development across the team. Manage project delivery to achieve quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors. Drive innovation in engineering design processes and digital delivery methodologies while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and codes. Support business development through proposals, tenders, and client relationship management. This role combines technical leadership, team mentoring, and client engagement within a globally connected consulting environment. Join the hybrid model, working three days a week in office locations in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects
- demonstrated experience in design delivery
- demonstrated experience in project leadership
- demonstrated experience in technical oversight
- Strong civil engineering design background across infrastructure sectors including Transport, Land Development, Water, Energy, Dams and Tailings
- Demonstrated experience in leading design reviews
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams
- Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and designers
- Proven ability to contribute to team growth and capability building
