Job Summary
Lead Civil Engineer in Hail, Saudi Arabia responsible for overseeing construction supervision of infrastructure and road projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations, analyzing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, preparing and reviewing technical reports (progress, change orders, quality control), implementing project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to local standards, and identifying risks with mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of infrastructure/road construction experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and familiarity with Saudi Cods and Ministry of Transport.
