Job Summary
Lead D.C./Clinic Director position guiding clinical operations, patient care, and team leadership at a health-focused chiropractic clinic. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, performing manual spinal adjustments, educating patients on care plans, coordinating patient management metrics, maintaining accurate records, conducting x-rays when needed, and driving community outreach and wellness membership sales. Requires Doctor of Chiropractic, CA license, malpractice eligibility in CA, and at least 2 years of experience; opportunity for ownership within a franchise structure. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours or weekend time; leadership and training responsibilities emphasized alongside clinical duties.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid CA DC license and eligible for Malpractice Insurance in CA
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
