Job Summary
The Lead Childcare Teacher (Infant–Preschool) is responsible for leading and managing the classroom environment, planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring compliance with licensing and Step Up To Quality standards, mentoring and supporting assistant teachers, and building strong relationships with children and families. This position requires experience in early childhood education, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of child development and classroom management.
