Job Summary
As a Lead Child Care Teacher, you will create fun and interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, manage the classroom, and implement the curriculum according to licensing guidelines. Building sincere relationships with families will be key to supporting child achievement and the center's success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
