Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for developing fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers; promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children; take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards; build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success. Requires experience leading a classroom, creating lesson plans, ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements, and the ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
