Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun and interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, take charge of classroom management and curriculum implementation, and build sincere relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
