Job Summary
Lead Child Care Teacher responsible for creating engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow teachers; lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards; build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success; requires classroom leadership experience and ability to meet state education requirements; must be 18+ and able to engage in indoor/outdoor activities with children; Florida background screening required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Florida Background Screening is required and contingent upon successful completion of Florida’s background screening
