Job Summary
Lead Catering Crew responsible for preparing and serving Alaskan seafood across vessels and lodge dining areas. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized dining setup; greeting and interacting with guests; serving food with high hospitality standards; assisting other crew in food prep, bar, and retail; ensuring proper food handling and FIFO rotation; setting up dining stations, training and coordinating with team, and ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations. Requires flexible schedule to include weekends/holidays during tour season, ability to work as part of a team, and adherence to safety and company values while delivering world-class guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current certifications for Alaska Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAP)
- Alaska Food Handlers
- CPR/First Aid
- Valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a security background check
- DOT drug test
- Must be drug-free (pre-employment screening and enrollment in a random drug testing program is required by the Coast Guard)
