Job Summary
Lead the strategic sourcing of MRO parts for Americas across 30+ locations; develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies; drive supplier consolidation, TCO value creation, and procurement efficiency; manage supplier negotiations and DoA-compliant contracting; collaborate with plant managers and internal stakeholders to align with 4S framework; leverage ERP/procurement systems and dashboards to monitor spend and performance; travel up to 30% to support regional MRO category objectives with a global indirect supply management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 5-12 years of strategic sourcing experience
- 3-5+ years of direct experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) category management
- Demonstrated ability to develop, sell, and implement category strategies within large, matrixed environments
- Global sourcing, supplier management, and commodity risk management
- Strong negotiations and contract management skills
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
