Lead Cashier

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions; complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures; follow guidelines for sale of restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco); maintain an organized and clean work area; use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products; ensure quality service to every guest; handle guest complaints per company processes; determine break schedules and team member placement; assist with deli, cleaning showers/restrooms, stocking, making coffee, and other travel center tasks; model behaviors that support the company's purpose and ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; complete other duties as assigned.
