Lead Cashier

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions and complete end-of-shift reports. Follow guidelines for restricted merchandise sales, maintain an organized work area, and use suggested selling methods to promote products. Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest, handle complaints and team conflicts per company processes, and determine break schedules. Assist with travel center functions including maintaining the deli, cleaning restrooms, stocking, and making coffee.
