Lead Cashier

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions, while completing end-of-shift reports and closing out procedures. Follow guidelines for restricted merchandise sales, maintain an organized work area, and utilize suggested selling methods to promote products. Ensure quality service delivery, handle guest complaints and team member conflicts per company processes, and determine break schedules and placement. Assist with travel center functions including maintaining the deli, cleaning restrooms, stocking, and making coffee.
