Lead Cashier

Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions, while completing end-of-shift reports and closing out procedures. Follow company guidelines for restricted merchandise sales, maintain an organized work area, and use suggested selling methods to promote products. Ensure quality service delivery, handle guest complaints and team member conflicts, and determine break schedules and staff placement. Assist with travel center functions including maintaining the deli, cleaning restrooms, stocking, and making coffee. Model behaviors supporting the company's common purpose and ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, and procedures. Complete other duties as assigned.
