Lead Cashier I

Greet customers warmly, act as an Insider Program ambassador, and engage shoppers at Cashwrap and in line to assess needs and provide solutions. Capture customer information accurately, complete end-of-shift audits, and process returns, repairs, and damaged items per policy. Maintain SKU accuracy, Cashwrap organization, and cleanliness while suggesting add-ons and promoting gift cards. Handle cash and media accurately, assist with cashier training, and report equipment issues. Demonstrate integrity, multitask under pressure, and adapt to customer needs while representing Coach as a brand ambassador. Requires 1+ years of sales experience, POS operation skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak seasons.
