Job Summary
Assist the store manager in efficient retail operations by greeting customers, sorting donations, and managing merchandising displays. Lead and encourage the store workforce, assign duties during manager absences, and assist with staff training. Handle daily tasks including loading/unloading merchandise, performing janitorial work, and ensuring store security. Notify management of stock levels and process customer returns or voids as needed. Maintain excellent customer service while adhering to all company policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate with the public
- Must be honest and dependable
- Must have clean clothing and good hygiene
- Must have own transportation to be able to make bank deposits in timely manner
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for eight hours a day
- Must be able to stoop, kneel and crouch
