Job Summary
Meet regularly with Case Managers to staff caseloads, provide Quality Assurance, and submit monthly program reports. Manage office coordination, client flow, and crisis management while advocating for access to housing, utility, and community resources. Develop comprehensive housing and self-sufficiency case management plans through intake interviews and strength-based goal setting. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including realtors, landlords, and property managers to secure permanent housing. Provide proactive follow-up to ensure client stability, document daily case notes, and coordinate third-party financial payments. Network at community groups and present to local areas to promote program success. Cross-train into Program Manager responsibilities and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
- 8 + years of supervisory experience
- 10 years
- 3+ years of case management experience
- 5+ years
- 2+ years in a customer service-focused environment
- Experience with homeless, low-income, veterans & their families
- LMSW, LBSW, LMFT
- Driver's License with clear record
- Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice
- Must be available and willing to travel to various locations
- Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs
- Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred
- 8 + years of supervisory experience is equivalent to a bachelor's degree
- 10 years preferred
- 3+ years of case management experience
- 5+ years preferred
- 2+ years in a customer service-focused environment
- Experience with homeless, low-income, veterans & their families is a strong plus
- LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred
