Move between hands-on carpentry and oversight, tackling roofing repairs, siding work, window and door installations, and skylight projects while ensuring every detail meets high standards. Think on your feet to adjust for imperfect structures and guide your team toward the best solution. Mentor junior technicians to sharpen their skills while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekend flexibility.
