Job Summary
Manage job sites with multiple employees and oversee trade contractors involved in residential and commercial reconstruction projects. Create and perform layouts for framing and finishing all phases of construction, including new homes, room additions, and remodeling. Travel locally to support damaged property recovery while reading blueprints and communicating with customers, managers, and teams. Requires 10+ years of construction experience, ability to lift heavy materials, and valid driver's license. Competitive hourly wage with overtime, health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 10+ years of experience in all phases of residential/commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret documents, blueprints, and scopes
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle that can transport tools/materials
- Strong team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
- Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme weather
- Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
