Lead Carpenter (Superintendent Track)

Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects while supervising 1–3 active job sites. Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor, perform quality control inspections, and maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites. Order lumber and standard materials, complete daily logs and administrative tracking, and communicate clearly with PMs, inspectors, subs, and homeowners. Train and mentor junior team members within a disciplined, high-performance company. This is a leadership development role for experienced specialists moving toward a Superintendent position, requiring journeyman-level residential construction experience and familiarity with the CA Residential Building Code.
