Lead Carpenter - Project Manager

Lead remodeling projects from start to finish, managing framing, drywall, carpentry, tile work, painting, plumbing, and electrical while maintaining a healthy profit margin. Transform client visions into reality by listening to their needs, offering expert insights, and ensuring worksites remain clean and organized. Collaborate seamlessly with designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to bring plans to life, while selling and planning work to deliver superior craftsmanship. Mentor a project assistant by sharing technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the values of quality workmanship. Address client concerns promptly and anticipate their needs to exceed expectations. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with no weekends, earning $30–$40 per hour with opportunities to advance to Master Craftsman levels.
