Lead Carpenter

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications. Take measurements, calculate material quantities, and cut lumber according to plans. Build staircases, frame structures, and install flooring, siding, windows, doors, trim, cabinets, drywall, and insulation. Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed while complying with all safety guidelines. Follow supervisory directives and participate in scheduled staff training. Travel throughout the state for out-of-town work when necessary. Valid driver's license required with construction experience preferred. Forty hours per week standard with rare overtime.
