Job Summary
Lead kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodeling projects from demolition through final punch-list closeout, performing hands-on tasks including cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim, and detailed punch work. Read plans and specifications to identify conflicts, then coordinate trade partners, inspections, and material deliveries to ensure correct sequencing. Maintain a safe, organized, broom-clean job site while communicating progress updates to homeowners, designers, and office staff. Mentor carpenters and apprentices on craftsmanship, safety, and respect for client homes. Drive every job to a complete, professional closeout. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of progressively responsible residential remodeling or carpentry experience
- demonstrated responsibility for leading projects, crews, or trade partners
- Strong kitchen and bath remodeling expertise
