Lead Carpenter / Installer

Job Summary
Travel to customer homes to complete installations; install bathtub liners, wall systems, fixtures, and trim; perform detailed finishing work, including caulking and sealing; maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site; deliver high-quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience. Qualifications include carpentry/remodeling experience, basic plumbing knowledge preferred, ability to lift heavy or awkward materials, strong attention to detail, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screening. Full-time, year-round work with paid training, quarterly bonuses, company vehicle and tools provided, health insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays/vacation. Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- Carpentry and/or remodeling experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
