Job Summary
Lead Carpenter role directing on-site team for residential home repair and remodels. Responsibilities include running jobsite, scheduling, estimating assistance, leading and coaching team, coordinating with field, office, vendors and customers, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget. Requires advanced carpentry skills (rough, finish/trim), drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing and electrical; 7 to 10+ years in residential construction; ability to lead and develop a team; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with a mobile app to manage daily jobs; valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years experience in residential construction, home improvement & remodeling industries
- Advanced skills in carpentry (rough, finish/trim), drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing and electrical
- Knowledgeable about residential or commercial construction principle, processes and materials
- Professional and excellent work ethic
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Proven result in leading a highly effective team to achieve company goals
- Ability to work with mobile app to manage daily jobs
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record is required
