Job Summary
Lead Caregiver role in Columbus, OH: responsible for providing in-home caregiving to clients, covering shifts as needed, coaching and mentoring newer caregivers, and supporting office-based care planning. Required Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years of professional caregiving experience (home care a plus)
- Have a track record of showing up, on time, every shift
- Stay calm and steady when things get unpredictable
- Communicate clearly, listen without judgment, and treat every client with dignity
- Drive a reliable vehicle, hold a valid license, and have current auto insurance
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Are comfortable using basic computer apps and electronic documentation tools
