Job Summary
Provide supervision of Rehab Tech staff to ensure a safe and clean residential environment and exceptional client care. Perform duties including working with clients to carry out established treatment plans, assist with activities of daily living, and patient transportation. Ensure residential recommendations, rehabilitation plans, and medication management plans are followed per clinician's direction while maintaining thorough documentation. Assist with training and development of staff and perform other duties as assigned by residential management. Ensure compliance of all applicable standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Rehabilitation Technician
- Must pass all pre-employment and employment verifications
