Job Summary
Conduct critical shifts including fill-ins, new client onboarding, and training sessions for new caregivers. Support clients with activities of daily living such as household chores, meal preparation, personal care, and transportation. Assist with transfers, monitor client conditions, and report updates. Maintain availability for short-notice on-call rotations across assigned branch service areas. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record. Must be 18 or older with one year of home care experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital or nursing home setting
- Ability to lift to 50lbs
- Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
- Current valid CEs if you are an HCA (WA Only)

- Active state NAC/CNA or HCA license
