Job Summary
Lead Caregiver with CNA/NAC certification and 3+ years of care experience; duties include training new caregivers, caregiver/client introductions, assisting care management with assessments and care plan reviews, cover fill-in shifts, provide emotional support, assist with activities of daily living, ensure patient safety, maintain clean environments, build referral-partner relationships, and participate in networking/marketing events. Schedule is full-time, 40 hours/week, typically 8:00 am–5:00 pm, five days a week with potential weekend coverage; location based in Spokane Valley office.
Required Qualifications
- CNA/NAC certification or higher
- minimum of 3 years of care experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
